Policies
Fills and After Care:
Lashes must have 40% coverage left, anything less is considered a full set and will be charged accordingly and possibly rescheduled for another day.
Fills Scheduled after 3 weeks will be considered a full set and charged accordingly due to the natural lash cycle.
If Client is unhappy with their service or suffers an allergic reaction, they must contact me within 48hrs for a complimentary fix, touch-up, or removal. I do not offer service refunds.
If Clients do not follow proper aftercare procedures, they will no longer be allowed on my books.
Before Appointment Policy:
Remove any makeup, creams, and/or face oils prior to appointment.
Lashes must be cleaned and free of any residue or mascara.
Extra guests must be seated in waiting room at all times.
Cancellation Policy:
I charge 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If it’s an emergency, you must contact me no later than 15 minutes after your appointment or you will be charged. If client consistently no calls no shows or consistently runs late, they will no longer be allowed to book.
Payment Policy:
Exact Cash Payment or Credit/Debit Card Only. Customer Must Have a Credit Card on File and Will Be Charged a $10 Deposit Which Will Be Applied to Charge for Service.
Foreign Fills Policy:
Foreign Fills are accepted depending on examination.
